GT Deals is the platform your dealership uses to manage deals from sale to delivery. We use the information you and the dealership enter only to operate the software. We don't sell personal information. If you're a vehicle customer, reach out to the dealership for any requests about your data.
Introduction
GTDeals LLC ("GT Deals," "we," "us," or "our") provides a sales management platform that helps automotive dealerships manage deals, deliveries, F&I workflows, and reporting across one or more locations.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with our website at gt-deals.com, the application at gtdeals.gtweb.in, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who this policy covers
GT Deals serves two distinct groups, and this Policy applies to both.
- Dealership Users: Owners, general managers, sales managers, F&I managers, salespeople, delivery coordinators, and other authorized employees of dealerships that license our platform.
- Vehicle Customers: End consumers whose information is entered into the platform by dealership users in the ordinary course of completing a vehicle sale or lease.
For Vehicle Customer data, the dealership is the data controller and we act as a service provider. Vehicle Customers should contact their dealership directly to exercise rights over their personal information.
Information we collect
3.1 Information you provide
Account and contact information. When dealership users register or request a demo, we collect name, email, phone number, dealership name, role, number of locations, and similar business contact details.
Deal and customer records. Dealership users enter information into the platform to manage deals, including:
- Vehicle details (VIN, stock number, make, model, year, mileage)
- Customer name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth
- Financing terms, lender, payment amount, and term length
- Trade-in details, gross figures, and F&I product sales
- Insurance carrier information and policy numbers
- Delivery scheduling and document checklist status
Sensitive financial data. Depending on dealership workflow, the platform may store information subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA"), including Social Security numbers, credit application data, and financing terms. See Section 6 for additional detail.
Support communications. When you contact us for help, we keep a record of the conversation and any information you share.
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we automatically collect:
- Device and log data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, actions taken in the platform, and performance metrics.
- Cookies and similar technologies: See Section 11.
3.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from integrated services that the dealership chooses to connect (for example, DMS systems, lender portals, or email providers), and from analytics or security partners that help us operate the platform.
How we use information
We use the information described above to operate the Services for our dealership customers, not for our own marketing or sale.
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services
- Process deals, track workflow stages, and generate reports for dealerships
- Send transactional notifications (delivery alerts, workflow updates, account messages)
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
- Bill, collect payment, and manage accounts
- Monitor, secure, and prevent abuse of the platform
- Develop new features and analyze aggregated usage trends
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell personal information. We do not use Vehicle Customer data for our own marketing. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
GLBA notice for F&I data
Dealerships that arrange or extend credit are "financial institutions" under federal law. Stricter rules apply when we store credit applications, Social Security numbers, and financing data on their behalf.
When GT Deals stores nonpublic personal financial information ("NPI") on behalf of a dealership, we act as a service provider to that dealership under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
- We use NPI only as necessary to provide the Services to the dealership.
- We do not disclose NPI except as permitted by the dealership or required by law.
- We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and security of NPI, consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule.
- The dealership remains responsible for providing GLBA privacy notices to its customers.
If you are a Vehicle Customer with questions about your NPI, please contact the dealership that sold you the vehicle.
Data security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we process.
These include encryption of data in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, audit logging, and routine security review.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Services at your own risk. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at info@gt-deals.com.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as the dealership's account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to:
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
- Maintain business records and backups
Dealerships may request export or deletion of their data subject to legal retention requirements. Vehicle Customer data follows the retention schedule the dealership configures or instructs.

Children's privacy
The Services are intended for business use by automotive dealerships. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact info@gt-deals.com.
